Pravada Floors Inc. does not sell directly to the public. Our products must be purchased through an authorized retailer found at our DEALER LOCATOR page . The goods for sale on this website are SAMPLES made from our actual flooring boards for our customers to verify quality, color tone, and details. 

SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for shipping of samples. Shipping costs are to be determined upon purchase and depending on customer’s location or conditions outlined at the final stage of purchase. Products will be shipped within 7 business days after confirmation of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

Unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange on our samples sold due to the nature of these. Samples are a low cost way to verify our products prior to purchasing them.
